Many Reiki practitioners share that even after completing their Master training, they don’t feel fully confident stepping into the role of teacher or attuning others. Often, trainings focus primarily on the material itself rather than on how to actually teach—something that can be learned through practice, example, and guidance. Over time, many practitioners also find themselves drifting away from their practice, only to later feel a deep pull to reconnect with Reiki again.
This is why I created this self-paced option: for practitioners who feel called to step into their role as teachers but want more confidence before leading trainings and attuning others, as well as for those who want to continue growing along their professional and spiritual path.
You’ll receive 90-day access to full recordings of my trainings (Levels I & II and/or III/Mastership), along with all digital training materials so you can follow along as if you’re a student in the room and observe exactly how I teach.

*1. Who is this self-paced refresher for? Reiki I & II This training is for anyone feeling called to explore energy healing—whether you're new to it or simply curious. Reiki often finds those who are ready to begin a deep journey of self-healing and are seeking clarity around their life’s purpose. You'll learn to channel energy to support healing for yourself and others. Mastership This is for Reiki practitioners ready to go deeper—whether to strengthen their healing abilities, guide and empower others, or begin teaching. This training is for those who want Reiki to become not just something they practice, but a way of being. It’s ideal for those feeling called to step into a more embodied, purposeful role as a healer and leader.
*4. How do I get the most out of this refresher? Yes! You'll have opportunities to practice with partners in breakout rooms, where you'll experience both giving and receiving Reiki. You'll also learn how to read energy for one another and incorporate intuitive insights and downloads into your sessions.
*7. Will I receive certificates upon completing? All trainings are non-refundable. However, if you notify me at least 21 days before the start date, you’re welcome to transfer your registration to another training of equal value within the next two years. Cancellations made with fewer than 21 days’ notice cannot be refunded or transferred, as I close the container at an even number for partner exercises and often turn others away once we’re full.
*2. What are the prerequisites? Reiki I & II No prerequisites—just come with an open mind, an open heart, and a curiosity to explore the truth that you are so much more than your physical body. Mastership Completion of Reiki I & II training and attunements from any Reiki lineage is required. If you have not completed I & II with me, please email me a proof of your certificates after registration.
*5. When will I receive the digital training materials and handouts? give me withn 48 hours. Absolutely. Many students retake my trainings to deepen their practice, build confidence, and reconnect with the teachings—especially before stepping into a teaching role or returning after a long pause. As space holders, it’s essential we keep learning and connect to the why that led us to this path in the first place. My trainings offer practical tools and resources that have supported my own growth, both personally and professionally. I'm continually refining the curriculum to keep it valuable, relevant, and infused with up-to-date insights, healing techniques, and business support—so there's something meaningful for every practitioner at every stage of their journey.
*8. What if I wasn't attune to Usui / Holy Fire lineage? Each training is capped at 12 students to keep the space intimate, allow for deeper connection, and ensure everyone has plenty of time to ask questions and receive personalized support.
*3. Do you teach your trainings Live? Reiki I & II Upon completing Level II, you’ll be equipped to offer Reiki as a practitioner and charge for your services, if that aligns with your intentions. However, I highly encourage you to practice on friends and family and offer complimentary sessions for a few months to build confidence and gain experience. This level is also a deeply healing journey, helping you discover more about your life purpose, strengthen your intuition, and sharpen your senses for your personal growth. Mastership After completing the Reiki Mastership Training, you’ll be eligible to teach Reiki I, II, and Mastership, both in-person and online. I’ll share all my personal teaching resources—including syllabi, training materials, certificates, email templates, and marketing/business tips—to help prepare you if teaching is part of your journey. However, teaching is not a requirement for Mastership to be valuable. This training delivers deep healing while equipping you with new techniques, symbols, and hands‑on practice to enhance the power and lasting impact of your sessions.
*6. Is there a discount if I purchase both I & II and III/Mastership together? Each training day runs from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM PST, with a one-hour lunch/dinner break halfway through and several short breaks throughout the day.
