Reiki + Energy Reading

We humans are beautifully intricate yet perfectly designed, with bodies that possess an innate wisdom and a natural ability to heal themselves.

However, life’s challenges—such as stress, suppressed emotions, trauma, heartbreaks, self-limiting beliefs, and old patterns—can disrupt this balance and create energy blockages that hinder our natural healing process and distort our perception of reality. In today’s fast-paced world, we often overlook the time and space needed to process our emotions, heal, and understand why certain experiences are unfolding in our lives.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

This is a sacred space to find clarity, peace, and guidance around what’s been weighing on your heart, while receiving emotional and energetic support. You may even experience what it feels like to connect with something greater than yourself and hear your soul’s voice.

 

Many clients describe these sessions as “healing for the mind, body, and spirit,” and some even as “a hug from the angels.” While you may notice energy moving during the session, the shifts typically unfold 1–3 days afterward, leaving you feeling more open, aware, and energetically reset.

Each 75-minute session includes:

SESSION STRUCTURE: 

Although the session itself is 75 minutes, I begin by meditating 30 minutes beforehand to tune into your energy and prepare your personalized energy reading. Following our session, you’ll receive your energy reading (several pages of personalized notes) via email to support your reflection and integration.​​

For those outside of Los Angeles, those with busy schedules, or anyone who prefers the comfort of their own space, remote energy healing offers a perfect opportunity to experience the magic of Reiki from anywhere. Distant Reiki is just as powerful as in-person sessions. I often recommend it to those who might be skeptical, as it frequently transforms doubts into belief. Since I am not physically present, you may be even more surprised by how you feel afterward.​ It’s completely natural to question distant healing. I understand— it took me time to fully embrace the concept until I experienced its benefits myself.

 

​Here’s my understanding: Distance Reiki works because everything is energy, and energy is not bound by time or space. We are all interconnected—every one of us is energy, a part of a greater whole. This means we can connect energetically with anyone, anywhere in the world. Ever had the experience of thinking about someone, only for them to reach out to you shortly after? That’s a form of telepathic communication, and we are constantly connecting energetically, whether we realize it or not.

SESSION PACKAGE OPTIONS:

For the best results and to allow us to dive deeper, especially in the beginning, I recommend choosing one of the package options based on the level of consistency and depth you’d like to receive. Each package is valid for one year from the date of your first session. However, if you're unsure whether we're the right fit and would prefer to take it one step at a time, there’s no pressure. The most important thing is finding someone you can trust and feel comfortable with, so you can share openly and feel fully supported. 

 

1-session: $250

3- session package (save $90): $660

6-session package (save $240): $1,260
