Psychotherapy

Santa Monica and Virtual

For Adolescents, Adults & Couples

Therapy office in Santa Monica

I believe true healing begins when we allow ourselves to feel, confront our wounds, and be honest with who we are. This process creates space for deeper connections—not only with ourselves but also with those around us.

I work with adolescents, adults, and couples, helping clients understand themselves, recognize blind spots, explore the roots of their patterns, envision where they want to go, and make conscious choices toward who they want to become.

I specialize in (but am not limited to) supporting individuals with:

  • Relationship challenges

  • Life transitions

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Trauma

  • Stress

  • Shame

In the therapy room, I maintain an active, engaged presence—helping clients build self-awareness, recognize patterns, and find relief in a safe, judgment-free space. I offer guidance and practical tools that extend beyond our sessions, supporting lasting change at a pace that honors each person’s needs.

Rather than relying on a single approach, I see clients through a holistic lens, drawing from a range of modalities, including:

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

  • Mind-body-spirit / Mindfulness-based

  • Psychodynamic

  • Existential

  • Somatic

  • CBT

At the heart of my work is creating a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your inner world openly — without judgment or the need to filter your experience.

You're welcome to schedule a free 15-minute Zoom consultation to explore how I might support you and to see if we’re a good fit for therapy. I’m also happy to provide referrals when appropriate. You can email me directly at hae@wellthoughtspace.com or book a consultation and find more information on my psychology profile here
