Reiki Circle @Nomade in Tulum
I found that in today's fast-paced age, we don’t spend enough time to get intimate and befriend every part of ourselves. We tend to not give ourselves the time of day to fully heal, question our automatic negative thought patterns, let alone process our emotions altogether. How will you heal if you don’t truly know your shadows and what’s holding you back?
Reiki (universal life force energy) allows one to access clarity, guidance and healing to bring your closer to your true essence. Your essence before all the societal programming, childhood wounds and relationship pains. Personally, reiki feels like coming home to myself.
During our reiki circle, we will incorporate visualization meditation, breath work exercises, yoga stretches, and card readings to delve deeper into the subconscious mind and release some of the old patterns we tightly hold on to. All you need is your open mind, and open heart.
Hae is an intuitive reiki healer based in Malibu. She is also an empath, certified yoga teacher and likes to read tarot cards for fun. Growing up, 7 random strangers have come up to her to tell her they saw a special aura with her. Those were just some of the signs the universe sent to get her to discover her gift but she didn’t listen until she hit rock bottom and had to heal herself. Funny how the universe works, right?
She is a big advocate of befriending every part of yourself (the good, the bad, and everything in between) to heal yourself. She wants people to know that while healing can be uncomfortable, healing can also be transformative, insightful and fun. Hae works with clients from all over the world, as she can send distant healing and hold the space for clients no matter the distance between them. She incorporates reiki, yoga, breath work, visualization meditation, earseeds and card readings in her healing sessions. Her clients describe the experience as “therapy for the body, mind, and spirit.”
