From a young age, Hae recognized her unique gift of insight, the ability to see patterns in life, and naturally tune into people's thoughts and needs. Hae now dedicates her life to assisting others in finding deeper awareness, healing, inner peace, and fulfillment. In addition to Reiki, Hae integrates insights from psychology, yoga, visualization meditation, breath work, and energy medicine readings into her work. She has crafted a unique healing formula that combines her innate gifts, ancient wisdom, and experience as a psychotherapist in training to bring balance and healing to the mind, body, and spirit. Clients frequently describe her sessions as both spiritually transformative and practically grounded.

Hae holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and is also the author of Reiki Illustrated published by Penguin Random House.
