Level I:
Level 1 Attunement is a process that attunes you to the frequency of Reiki energy, allowing you to open the energy channels on a physical level and channel the universal life force energy to heal yourself and others, making it a powerful tool for personal growth and healing.
Level 2:
You will receive additional symbols that empower your ability to bring the universal life force energy of Reiki into your everyday life in more practical ways. This level also strengthens your healing abilities and delves deeper into intuitive tuning, distant healing, and the transformative power of healing past and present events. Upon completion, you will be qualified to work with clients both in-person and online as a certified Reiki practitioner.

When Hae first got Reiki certified, she felt completely lost—and didn’t use it for nearly a year. It wasn’t until she found herself questioning her life purpose that Spirit gently reminded her of her Reiki attunements. From there, she dove deep—studying with various teachers, reading extensively, and thoughtfully designing a course syllabus filled with the tools, resources, and insights she wished she had when starting out.
As a Reiki teacher, healer, and psychotherapist, Hae blends Eastern and Western healing modalities with the intention of making Reiki feel practical, approachable, and easy to integrate into everyday life.
