Soul Chats provide a warm, safe, and supportive space to explore what’s on your mind and heart. Whether you’re navigating challenges, seeking personal growth, or uncovering new perspectives, these sessions are thoughtfully designed to foster self-discovery, uncover conscious and unconscious patterns shaping your life, help you realize your full potential, and explore solutions to challenges.

 

More than just a conversation, Soul Chats provide a sacred space to process emotions, deepen self-understanding, express your truth, and gain clarity—empowering you to navigate life with greater confidence, purpose, and support.

 

Each session integrates guidance with evidence-based psychological frameworks, mindfulness practices, and intuitive, personalized insights. To further support your progress, tailored homework—such as actionable steps or reflections—may be provided between sessions, customized to your unique needs and goals.

 

Each session is 50 minutes via Zoom. To achieve the best results and allow me to truly understand you as we dive deeper, particularly in the initial stages, I recommend opting for the package option and scheduling three sessions (saving $60). However, if you’re unsure whether we’re the right fit and prefer to take it step by step, there’s no pressure at all. The most important thing is finding someone you can trust and feel comfortable with, so you can share openly and feel fully supported.

 

 

PACKAGE OPTION: For optimal results, I highly recommend scheduling the sessions consecutively to maintain consistency and accountability, especially in the beginning. However, you have the flexibility to complete all three sessions within two months of your first session. Once you’ve booked and selected your preferred start date and time, I’ll provide you with a weekly Zoom link for the following three sessions.
